Procurement Services received notification from incumbent vendor, Kelly’s Tire Service, that they are being acquired by Best One Tire. The Tires and Tire Repair Services contract was awarded December 15, 2022 and is currently in its first term which is set to expire on December 14, 2023. Procurement Services in conjunction with Public Transit requests to transfer the contract #4-2023-54 from Kelly’s Tire Service to Best One Tire in accordance with the terms and conditions as outlined in the Consent to Assignment of Contract agreement.
