Additional Comments:  

An agreement with ALDOT for maintenance of proposed improvements adjacent to the railroad crossing at Pratt Avenue just west of Meridian Street.  ALDOT will be upgrading this crossing to include railroad signals, gates and roadway improvements at this location.  This agreement allows the City to maintain the concrete median and pavement markings associated with the work. No City funds are involved.
