Additional Comments:  

Funding agreement between the City and ALDOT for a Transportation Alternatives Program Project (TAP) grant for streetscape improvements along Pratt Avenue from Russell Street to Maysville Road.  Improvements will consist of landscaped island, parking, ADA and resurfacing. Funding allocation is 80% federal funds and 20% local funds, at $800K and $200K respectively.
