Revised Reimbursable Utility Agreement with Madison County for water line relocation associated with the Winchester Road improvement project between Dominion and Naugher Road.  This Agreement supersedes Resolution No. 26-125 adopted and approved by City Council on February 12, 2026. Increase of $260K from the previous agreement due to additional cost for traffic control.

Total revised agreement amount of $6,583,224.77 (100% reimbursable) No city funds involved.
