Additional Comments:   This grant would help to improve the safety, accessibility, and efficiency of the existing right-of-way of Holmes Avenue by incorporating multimodal Complete Street facilities so vulnerable populations can safely access medical services along Holmes Avenue and the Huntsville Hospital Healthcare System located in the downtown Medical District.
