Additional Comments:  

The current supply chain issues and material shortages have placed constraints on the manufacturers’ ability to produce and subsequently provide vehicles ordered under the contracts to the contract vendors. A request to amend the contracts to include a provision that would permit the City to make direct purchases from the contract vendors’ retail lots.
