Additional Comments:

In response to service deficiencies, the City’s Landscape Maintenance Department filed two (2) vendor complaints against Yard-Nique.   In accordance with the contract terms, Yard-Nique was given thirty (30) to correct deficiencies.  Instead of exercising its right to correct the deficiencies, Yard-Nique requested to terminate the contract as they discovered they could not provide the contracted services at the contracted pricing structure.
