The term of the lease extends two (2) years commencing Jan. 1, 2023. The City has the option to extend the lease for an additional one (1) year commencing on Jan. 1, 2025. The rent for the extended term (including the option year) is $3,900 per month. The building is located at 3000 and 3002 12th Ave., and is approximately 15,660 square feet.
