Additional Comments: This project scope includes a renovation of existing HVAC components at the Municipal Justice Public Safety Complex. Scope of work includes replacement of boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, energy plant and associated piping; replacement of VAV boxes, air handler units, VFDs and associated controls; replacement of exhaust fans; replacement of various gaskets on a range of pipe sizes, roof connections and associated electrical components. Building is to remain open and functional during the renovation with large equipment replacements ideally phased during off-seasons. This contract is for 720 days
