An engineering contract with Skipper Consulting for an Interchange Access Request (IAR) Study along I-65 for a new interchange between Exit 340 and Exit 347 in accordance with ALDOT and FHWA requirements. Scope will consist of analyzing traffic movements throughout the corridor and developing three alternatives based upon future traffic volumes along I-65 to improve traffic operations within the corridor. Lump Sum Contract amount of $195,478.00.
