Additional Comments: This contract involves complete restoration of the existing PEMB to new office space. Work to include removal and replacement of roofing, removal and replacement of site hardscapes, new building facade, new plumbing, new HVAC system, new power / lighting / access controls / data / AudioVisual, Landscaping & Irrigation, new interior conventional walls & ceilings, as well as coordination for Modular Walls and Furniture (Owner Furnished Equipment). Scope also includes structural reinforcements of the building; and a limited amount of interior demolition. This contract is for 365 Days.
