Location will be Big Spring Park West for the annual Tinsel Trail event, where organizations sponsor decorated holiday trees. The agreement runs from November 1, 2025, through January 9, 2026, with setup from Nov. 1-21, the event from Nov. 22-Dec. 31, and cleanup by Jan. 9. No alcohol will be sold, though attendees may bring approved containers as permitted within the Quigley Arts and Entertainment District. DHI must obtain City approval for electricity use, tree placement, and any alterations, and is responsible for repairs due to vandalism or weather.
