Change Order No. 3 includes raising the bulkhead in the event hall per the drawings, installing fire rated shaft wall assembly between theater restrooms and event hall and adding fire rated door in the closet, removing existing light pole bases not called out on drawings; finishing the existing drywall above the stage opening; fur out and hang drywall at the four columns highlighted in the back up; infill holes in fire walls at the existing mechanical room and in the firewall outside the Arts Huntsville Theater; add shaft wall and drywall at the rear of the stage between the stage and dressing separation wall; grading changes to the parking lot provided by Schoel and KPS. The extension of time resulting from this Change Order No. 3 is 48 additional calendar days.
