Supplemental Funding Agreement No. 1 between the ALDOT and the City for Slaughter Road and Madison Boulevard Intersection Improvements to include an allocation of Federal Highway Infrastructure Program (HIP) funds. Resulted in a decrease of MPO funding towards the project cost.
