Additional Comments: Five-year parking lease for city public parking. The City and the Developer have previously entered into a development agreement on November 2, 2023, relating to Developer’s construction and development of a mixed-use project on certain real property located within the City at 512 Clinton Avenue. This Agreement constitutes the “City Lot Agreement” as defined in that Development Agreement.
