Change Order No. 1 and Final to include carpet changes in various rooms; Captains room and conference room to 4.5mm LVT, delete cleaning to replace with new carpets in rooms 108,109,110 & 115, change VCT color patterns in hallways to blue/black and replace VCT tiles in kitchen closet and storage rooms to beige color; Remove and replace existing receptacles, GFCI receptacles, switches and data cover plates; Prep and paint various accent walls and door casing; Install a clear anodized store front frame; Purchase and install 50” LG TVs; Provide a grade one Rim Panic Device; Provide and install new Hubbell HJU6AB 6A jacks & gang Hubbell angle plate covers; Replace existing light fixtures; Relocate Break room wall; Replace rubber base for rooms and hallways; Stain doors; Replace hot water tank; New Data Port(FO) and provide Labels on data and plate covers. This extension of time resulting from this Change Order No. 1 and Final is additional 14 calendar days.
