Additional Comments:

The assessment will start with a review of the entire public housing portfolio (over 1,500 units), which will be guided by the Huntsville Housing Authority’s (HHA) 2024 Strategic Plan and the City of Huntsville’s (City) overall goals and objectives. The target housing site for the awarded Choice Neighborhoods Implementation grant will be excluded, but other housing sites in the same neighborhood will be included. The assessment will explore the development potential for strategically located sites in the downtown area.
