This periodic bid is to provide Sanitary Sewer Bore Items as designated by the City of Huntsville utilizing unit prices for commonly performed contractor work items for a total contract amount of $7,229,700.00. The contract time for this periodic contract is one (1) year from the date of award, with services provided on an as-needed basis with up to the Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Amount. The City of Huntsville reserves the right to extend the contract time for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods with each renewal year having a new NTE Amount in the same amount as the initial year. Notification of yearly renewal shall be by written letter by the City Engineer.
