Procurement Services received notification from Benchmark Companies that they had merged with Albertville Mulch Co. LLC on October 20, 2025, and became the parent (primary) company for the merged entities. The contract was awarded on May 11, 2023, and is currently in its final term which is set to expire on May 10, 2026. Procurement Services in conjunction with Landscape Management request to transfer the contract #44-2023-52 from Albertville Mulch Co. LLC to Benchmark Companies in accordance with the terms and conditions as outlined in the Consent to Assignment of the Contract Agreement.
