To award a construction contract to low bidder, SJL for realignment of Goss Road within the Secured Gateway Parcel at the EUL Development south of Gate 9. The proposed improvements include approximately 2,300 linear feet of 3-lane curb and gutter roadway. This project will be within the Redstone Arsenal Secured Area and will be funded by TIF 5.
