Additional Comments:  

The purpose of the Event is to host live performances by nationally recognized hip-hop and R&B artists, emerging regional talent, and DJs, along with curated cultural experiences. A portion of the proceeds will be directed toward supporting local community initiatives through nonprofit partnerships.

Licensee may access the Premises for event set-up beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026, and continuing until the Event begins. The Event will commence at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026, and will conclude no later than 10:00 p.m. that evening. Take-down of the Event and restoration of the Premises shall begin immediately following the Event and must be completed no later than 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

Licensee intends for the Event to include the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption.
