Due to an oversight during the preparation of the specifications for the bid solicitation of this contract, the line item for Material, Taxes on Material, & 10% Mark-up on Materials was inadvertently omitted from the bid specifications and pricing form.  A contract modification is necessary to add this provision to contract for procuring goods.
