Construction services to address structural repairs, deterioration, and safety conditions of the current Clinton Avenue Parking Deck, including conventional overhead and horizontal concrete patch repairs, full depth concrete slab repair, installation of supplemental reinforcing steel, removal of temporary steel decking in area of full depth slab repair, cleaning and coating of miscellaneous structural steel connections and framing elements, routing and sealing of slab cracks, and replacement of failed compression seals at existing expansion joint. The contract is for 150 days.
