Additional Comments:  

This agreement is to provide construction services for the Big Cove Basin Sewer Extension which will include the installation of sewer trunklines to serve multiple developments and bring flow to the Big Cove WWTP.  This bid will be based on unit prices for set quantities for a base bid amount of $3,283,568.00.  Option No. 1, the periodic bid, is to provide Construction Services for Sanitary Sewer Projects as designated by the City of Huntsville utilizing unit prices for commonly performed contractor work items for a total Option No. 1 amount of $13,987,215.00 for a total contract amount of $17,270,783.00.
