Additional Comments: The architectural services consist of site improvements and complete interior renovation. Site improvements to include: new basketball, pickleball, new pavilion, upgraded playground, walking path improvements, and relocation of bus stop. Interior renovation to include: rearrangement of existing entrance and various rooms, new floors, walls, ceiling finishes, new doors and hardware, replacement of HVAC units, gym air conditioning, ductwork, relocation of switchgear, new LED and emergency lighting, replaster pool and updates to pool pump system. This contract is for 365 days.
